These terms cover the text messages sent by Fizzy House Cleaning Denver LLC ("Fizzy", "we", "us").

What we text you about

We send text messages from (720) 730-6960 about your quote request and any cleaning you book with us: confirming we received your request, answering your questions, scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders, and updates on the day of your clean. These are service messages. We don't send marketing or promotional texts on this permission.

How you agree to receive them

When you submit a form on fizzyhousecleaningdenver.com, the sentence next to the button explains that we may contact you by phone, email and automated text message about your request and any cleaning you book. Submitting the form is how you agree. You don't have to agree in order to hire us: you can call us or email us instead.

When you send a lead form inside one of our ads on a social media app, such as Facebook or Instagram, that form shows the same sentence before you send it. Submitting the form is how you agree there. We check that the form really shows that sentence, either automatically or by reading the published form ourselves, and we don't text you if it doesn't. If the form has a box about texting and you leave it unchecked, we don't text you either. You don't have to agree in order to hire us there: you can call us or email us instead.

How often

Message frequency varies, and depends on your request and your bookings.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We don't charge for our texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop straight away: you'll get one text confirming it, and then no more texts from us. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way. To start again, reply START or UNSTOP.

You can also reply REVOKE or OPT OUT, tell us in your own words, call (720) 730-6960 or email support@fizzyhousecleaningdenver.com. We'll take you off our text list as soon as we can, and always within 10 business days.

Stopping texts doesn't cancel any cleaning you've booked. We'll reach you by phone or email instead.

Your number

We never sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your permission to text you, with anyone for their own marketing. Our messaging provider carries the messages on our behalf and uses your number only to deliver them. More about how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
