Yes, for custom jobs. We work through your priorities in the time you book, and you can always add time. Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee doesn’t cover hourly bookings; section 9 of our Terms of Service has the details.
Yes: sweeping, dusting, cobwebs and wiping down shelves and surfaces. We don’t move heavy items, so clear anything you’d like cleaned underneath.

How plans work: your plan continues until you cancel, and you can cancel any time by call, text or email. Each visit is charged after it’s done, at your plan’s discount. If you cancel after your first clean, that clean is charged at our one-time price. Quarterly has no plan discount, so each Quarterly clean is charged at our one-time price.
