Booked before you move in, our Move In/Move Out Clean is our most thorough visit, done while the home is empty so we can get inside every cabinet, drawer and closet and clean the pantry shelves, baseboards, doors and frames, and every bathroom and floor.

Book it for the gap between getting the keys and the movers arriving. It’s priced like a Deep Clean, based on the size of the home, and works for houses, apartments and condos anywhere we clean in the Denver area.

  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances, or cleaning behind or under them unless they've been moved first
  • Anything a three-step stepladder can't safely reach
  • Bodily fluids, waste, blood, needles or sharps, or drug paraphernalia
  • Homes with an active pest infestation
  • Severe hoarding, or conditions far beyond what was booked
  • Blinds or fixtures that are fragile or already damaged
  • Removing belongings, or items left in cabinets and closets
  • Repairing walls, carpet or other damage

Need something beyond this list, such as post-construction, garage or hourly cleaning? Tell us about the job when you request a quote, and we’ll confirm the right service.

Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge. It covers the areas in the clean you booked. It’s a re-clean rather than a refund, and hourly bookings aren’t included. The details are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

What affects your price

Every quote is built from the details of your home, so you pay for the clean you actually need. What goes into it:

Size and layout

Your home’s square footage and how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has. A studio apartment and a four-bedroom house are priced very differently.

Type of clean

A Standard Clean, a Deep Clean or a Move In/Move Out Clean, whether you’re moving in or moving out. A Deep Clean or a Move In/Move Out Clean covers more, so it takes longer and costs more.

Condition

A home that’s gone a while without a thorough clean needs more time than one we clean on a Recurring plan.

How often we come

Recurring plans take 20% off Weekly visits, 15% off Every Other Week, 10% off Every 3 Weeks and 5% off Monthly. Quarterly visits are charged at our one-time price.

Add-ons and rooms left out

Add-ons, such as the inside of the fridge or oven or interior windows, add to the price. Rooms you’d like us to skip come off it.

Location and offers

Where you are in the metro area can affect the price, and any current promotion is applied to your quote. Some offers depend on booking a set number of cleans.

When to book, if you’re moving in

Right after you get the keys

Before the movers and the boxes, while every shelf and corner is empty.

When the last clean wasn’t enough

Even a rental that was “cleaned” often needs a proper clean inside cabinets and closets.

After work on the home

If there was a renovation before you moved in, the fine dust needs a post-construction clean.

Move-in cleaning questions

Ideally, yes. An empty home lets us clean inside every cabinet and closet and reach every floor. If a few things have already arrived, tell us and we’ll clean around them.

Yes. Both are our Move In/Move Out Clean, with the same checklist; only the timing differs. A move-in clean happens before you unpack, a move-out clean after you’ve moved out.

No. Those are add-ons, along with interior windows, and for a move-in they’re worth adding. The microwave is already included, inside and out.

As soon as you know your key date. Move dates bunch up around the start and end of each month, so earlier is better.

How plans work: your plan continues until you cancel, and you can cancel any time by call, text or email. Each visit is charged after it’s done, at your plan’s discount. If you cancel after your first clean, that clean is charged at our one-time price. Quarterly has no plan discount, so each Quarterly clean is charged at our one-time price.
