Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge. It covers the areas in the clean you booked. It’s a re-clean rather than a refund, and hourly bookings aren’t included. The details are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Questions About Our Team

Vetted, experienced cleaners. We’re selective about who cleans for Fizzy, and every visit follows our checklist for the clean you booked, so you know exactly what will be done.

We try to, especially on Recurring plans, but we can’t always promise it. If your cleaner or team changes, we’ll let you know ahead of time where we can.

Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all the supplies and equipment, vacuum included. If you’d like us to use your own products, or anyone at home has allergies or sensitivities, mention it in your quote request.

For our team’s safety, we don’t move heavy furniture or appliances, climb higher than a three-step stepladder, or clean up bodily fluids, waste or sharps, pest infestations or severe hoarding. The full list is in our Terms of Service.
