Our Standard Clean is built to be booked on a schedule: a thorough clean of every room you choose, following the same checklist every time, so nothing depends on memory. Kitchens are degreased, bathrooms scrubbed, surfaces dusted and every floor vacuumed and mopped.

Book it Weekly, Every Other Week, Every 3 Weeks or Monthly and save up to 20%, or book a single clean whenever you need one. Our cleaners bring every supply, vacuum included, and you don’t need to be home.

  • Homes with an active pest infestation
  • Severe hoarding, or conditions far beyond what was booked
  • Blinds or fixtures that are fragile or already damaged
  • Removing belongings, or items left in cabinets and closets
  • Repairing walls, carpet or other damage

Need something beyond this list, such as post-construction, garage or hourly cleaning? Tell us about the job when you request a quote, and we’ll confirm the right service.

Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge. It covers the areas in the clean you booked. It’s a re-clean rather than a refund, and hourly bookings aren’t included. The details are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

What affects your price

Every quote is built from the details of your home, so you pay for the clean you actually need. What goes into it:

Size and layout

Your home’s square footage and how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has. A studio apartment and a four-bedroom house are priced very differently.

Type of clean

A Standard Clean, a Deep Clean or a Move In/Move Out Clean, whether you’re moving in or moving out. A Deep Clean or a Move In/Move Out Clean covers more, so it takes longer and costs more.

Condition

A home that’s gone a while without a thorough clean needs more time than one we clean on a Recurring plan.

How often we come

Recurring plans take 20% off Weekly visits, 15% off Every Other Week, 10% off Every 3 Weeks and 5% off Monthly. Quarterly visits are charged at our one-time price.

Add-ons and rooms left out

Add-ons, such as the inside of the fridge or oven or interior windows, add to the price. Rooms you’d like us to skip come off it.

Location and offers

Where you are in the metro area can affect the price, and any current promotion is applied to your quote. Some offers depend on booking a set number of cleans.

House cleaning questions

A Standard Clean covers the everyday surfaces, fixtures and floors of every room. A Deep Clean adds baseboards, doors and frames, every cabinet and drawer front, window sills and frames wiped by hand, the range hood and shower grout. If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in a while, start with a Deep Clean. See the full comparison.

Your plan discount depends on the plan continuing. If you cancel after only the first clean, that clean is charged at our one-time price, and we charge the difference to your card. For example, if the one-time price is $200 and you chose Every Other Week at 15% off, you paid $170, so we’d charge the $30 difference. Once two or more cleans are done, there’s nothing extra to pay. See section 3 of our Terms of Service.

We try to send the same cleaner or team on Recurring plans, but we can’t always promise it. If your cleaner changes, we’ll let you know ahead of time where we can.

Yes. Tell us which rooms to leave out, such as an unused guest room, and your price comes down.

The microwave is cleaned inside and out on every clean, but the inside of the fridge and oven, and interior windows, are add-ons you can book. We don’t move heavy furniture or climb higher than a three-step stepladder. The full list is in our Terms of Service.

How plans work: your plan continues until you cancel, and you can cancel any time by call, text or email. Each visit is charged after it’s done, at your plan’s discount. If you cancel after your first clean, that clean is charged at our one-time price. Quarterly has no plan discount, so each Quarterly clean is charged at our one-time price.
