Quoted per job, or by the hour
Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge. It covers the areas in the clean you booked. It’s a re-clean rather than a refund, and hourly bookings aren’t included. The details are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Parking
Street parking downtown is metered and garages charge by the hour. If your building has visitor parking, a loading zone or a guest pass, leave a parking tip in your booking notes so more of your visit goes to cleaning.
Building rules
Tell us how your building handles visitors: front-desk check-in, a fob left for us, a guest list or an elevator reservation. We’ll follow it.
Pets in apartments
Dogs and cats are welcome. Let us know who will be home, and we’ll keep doors closed so no one slips out into the hallway.

Yes. Apartment cleaning is our Standard Clean, priced for the size of your home: the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living areas and floors. Recurring plans take up to 20% off each visit.
Just tell us how your building handles visitors when you book: a guest list, front-desk check-in or an elevator booking. We’ll follow the building’s process.
Yes, within safe reach. Our team works from the floor or a three-step stepladder, so very high ledges, beams and fixtures aren’t part of the clean.

How plans work: your plan continues until you cancel, and you can cancel any time by call, text or email. Each visit is charged after it’s done, at your plan’s discount. If you cancel after your first clean, that clean is charged at our one-time price. Quarterly has no plan discount, so each Quarterly clean is charged at our one-time price.
