Quoted per job, or by the hour
Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge. It covers the areas in the clean you booked. It’s a re-clean rather than a refund, and hourly bookings aren’t included. The details are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Parking
Street parking is usually easy, except in LoHi and near Highlands Square and Tennyson Street on busy days. If your townhome has an alley garage or a guest spot, add it to your booking notes.
Multi-level homes
Tell us how many floors and bathrooms your home has, including a finished basement, when you request a quote, so we plan enough time for every level.

Most streets have free parking, but LoHi and the blocks near Highlands Square and Tennyson Street fill up. If you have an alley garage, a driveway or a guest spot, leave a parking tip in your booking notes.
Yes. Tell us how many floors and bathrooms your townhome has when you request a quote, so we can plan the time and give you an accurate price.
Yes. We clean original floors and fixtures carefully, and a Deep Clean adds baseboards, doors and door frames. If something needs special treatment, tell us; we’re happy to use your own products.
Yes. Renovation dust needs a dedicated post-construction clean once the contractors have finished; after that, a Recurring plan keeps the home fresh.

How plans work: your plan continues until you cancel, and you can cancel any time by call, text or email. Each visit is charged after it’s done, at your plan’s discount. If you cancel after your first clean, that clean is charged at our one-time price. Quarterly has no plan discount, so each Quarterly clean is charged at our one-time price.
